Fegsy’s Favela, a beautiful 3 Bedroom Lodge
The perfect family or couples retreat, the Fegsy’s Favela can sleep up to six people in this spacious lodge situated in the Percy Woods Golf and Country Park.
In a beautiful setting, a quiet cul-de-sac, the ever popular Cezzano Lodge has a side entrance into the hallway, to the left are French doors into the sitting room, dining and kitchen area. The lounge has lovely comfortable furniture, a dining table and everything you’d expect in a fitted kitchen.
The kitchen is well designed and comes with oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster – all mod cons. Fully equipped with plates, cups etc everything you will need for your break.
The dining table is opposite the kitchen and has its own area to enjoy your meal and entertain.
The Lounge has a 55″ smart TV with firestick for all live sports, series and movies, so there will always be something to watch! You can access the decking from the lounge and sit out on the rattan furniture and enjoy listening to the ducks on the pond which is 20 feet away.
From the hallway, There are two twin bedrooms with full size single beds, each has a wardrobe for storage, and dressing table area, and both also have a smart TV. There is access to the family shower room and family bathroom, so you can bathe/shower as you feel like it, as we have both! The two bathrooms each have a toilet and washbasin.
The master bedroom has a double bed, loads of storage in the fitted wardrobes and dressing table area. The bedroom has separate access to one of the bathrooms, with walk-in shower, plus toilet and hand basin. There is also a smart TV in this master bedroom for your enjoyment.
Fegsy’s Favela has a fantastic outside decking area from the front door right around to the outside of the dining area, so no matter where the sun is, you can sit and enjoy. Here guests can sit out and bask in the sun or under the stars, lounge on the fantastic outdoor seating, star gaze in an evening, relax and enjoy a beverage.

What does Fegsy’s Favela mean?
Everybody knows what a ‘Favela’ is – a tin hut in the slums of Brazil, well we can tell you that this is no tin hut!! This is a lovely, spacious, luxury holiday home in Northumberland.
And Fegsy? Well, that’s Keith – his childhood nickname, and your contact for your holiday is Maria. This is a couple who spent time in Northumberland in 2021, love golf, and fell in love with Percy Woods and its tranquil setting…..and the dream was born.
We have a sister lodge right opposite Fegsy’s Favela, which is called Maison McCoo. This is just for the owners, but you know we are on hand to assist you. We do reserve the right to offer the alternative lodge in the unlikely event of a service issue in Fegsy’s Favela, so you can be sure your holiday will go ahead.
